Social Welfare or corporate social responsibility (CSR), responsible business, sustainable responsible business (SRB), or corporate social performance, is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. Ideally, CSR policy functions as a built-in, self-regulating device wherein business would look after and fix its devotion to law, ethical standards, and international norms. Business would squeeze liability for the impact of their activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere. Furthermore, business would proactively promote the public interest by encouraging community growth and development and voluntarily eliminating practices that harm the public sphere, regardless of legality. Essentially, CSR is the deliberate inclusion of public interest into corporate decision-making and the honouring of a triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profit.

Our employees manage and contribute to different welfare programs, especially for children, students and patients. We support and organise different welfare programs and give continuous support to the activities of institutes and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) dedicated to healthcare and education, sports and campaigns for skills development and community welfare.

We, at British Biologicals, have always taken pride in being upright corporate citizens, dedicated to contributing significantly to the worth of living in society. We try to do innovative as well as effective programmes in the fields of healthcare and environment and understand that our future is closely knitted with that of our community.

Since its inception, British Biologicals has been involved in various social initiatives such as activities with the Parikrama Foundation, Bangalore, patient awareness camps, diabetic camps, building schools, colleges and developing gardens.

So from the current context, we also aim at improving our corporate social responsibility by organizing more social welfare programs which are valuable to the society.
