Pro-PL Frozen Ice Cream Delight
Ingredients Quantity
Milk 2 cups
Pro-PL (any flavour) 2 - 3 tbsp
Fresh cream ½ cup
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp


  1. Mix all the ingredients together & whisk well till the sugar dissolves
  2. Pour into a shallow container. Cover & freeze till it is semi-set
  3. Blend the semi-set mixture till all the ice crystals break down. Cover & freeze till it is firm
  4. Serve chilled with ice cream and desired fruits/nuts


Pro-PL DHA Enriched Kheer
Ingredients Quantity
Grated bottle gourd 1 cup
Sugar ⅓ cup
Pro-PL (any flavour) ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Cinnamon powder A pinch
Ghee 1 tbsp
Walnut or flax seed powder 1 tbsp


  1. Drain out all the excess water from the grated bottle gourd & keep aside
  2. In a bowl, mix milk & cardamom powder
  3. Fry the grated bottle gourd & ghee in a saucepan for 3 minutes
  4. Add the milk mixture, mix well & boil for 2 - 3 minutes
  5. Sprinkle Pro-PL (Vanilla/Chocolate/Cardamom) powder & garnish with walnut/flax seed powder & serve


Pro-PL Sweet & Nuts
Ingredients Quantity
Crushed walnuts and almonds  ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Pro-PL (any flavour) 2 - 3 tbsp
Nutmeg (Jaiphal) powder A pinch
Ghee 1 tsp


  1. Mix sugar, milk & nutmeg powder in a bowl & keep aside
  2. Fry walnuts & almonds in ghee  for 2 minutes
  3. Add the mixture & boil for 1 minute
  4. Remove from the flame & cool for some time. Add Pro-PL (Vanilla/Chocolate/ Cardamom) powder and mix well
  5. Spread in a greased tray & allow to set for 1 hour
  6. Once set cut or roll in desired shapes & serve

Ingredients Quantity
Fresh dates 3
Chopped almonds 1 tsp
Chopped cashewnuts 1 tsp
Chopped pistachios 1 tsp
Pro-PL (any flavour) 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder A pinch
Coconut scrapings 1 tbsp
Rose essence A few drops


  1. Slit the dates & set aside
  2. Make a mixture by mixing cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios in a bowl
  3. Add milk powder, Pro-PL (cardamom flavour) & rose essence & mix it well
  4. Divide the mixture into portions
  5. Fill each date with a portion of the mixture
  6. Roll into coconut powder & serve

Fresh cream 100 gms
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
Pro-PL (Vanilla/Chocolate) 2 tbsp

  1. Cut the edges of the bread
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except butter) in a bowl. Beat the mixture till it becomes creamy & smooth
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on one slice & put another slice on it
  4. Grease butter slightly on both sides of the sandwiches
  5. Cut the sandwiches into triangular shapes & serve


Pro-PL Apple & Dates Smoothie

Chilled fresh curd mixed with ½ cup chilled full fat milk ½ cup

  1. Combine the curd-milk mixture, Pro-PL (vanilla/chocolate) powder, apples, dates, sugar & ice-cubes & blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth & frothy

Pro-PL Pancakes
Ingredients Quantity
Maida 2 cups
Baking powder 2 ½ tsp
Granulated sugar 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Eggs 2 large
Milk 1 ½ to 1 ¾ cups
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Pro-PL (any flavour) 2 tbsp


  1. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar & salt together
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs & milk & add to flour mixture, stir until smooth
  3. Blend in melted butter. If the batter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk
  4. Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake
  5. Cook until it gets lightly brown on the bottom  
  6. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of Pro-PL powder over the pancakes & serve
Pro-PL Gondh Dry Fruit Laddoo
Ingredients Quantity
Chopped dry dates 1 tbsp
Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Jaggery 3 tbsp
Pro-PL (any Flavour) 1 tbsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Edible gum (Gondh / Dink) 1 tbsp
Finely grated dry coconut 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder ½ tsp
Dry ginger powder (Sounth) A pinch
  1. In a pan, fry the  wheat flour in ghee on low heat until an aroma exudes
  2. Add edible gum, stir constantly
  3. When all the gum has popped, remove it from the heat
  4. Add almonds, dates, coconut, fenugreek powder and ginger powder and mix well
  5. In another pot, add jaggery & ½ cup of water. Boil the mixture until you get a one thread consistency
  6. Combine it with the flour mixture and mix well
  7. Sprinkle Pro-PL and mix well
  8. Carefully take a handful of the mixture and make laddoos and store them in an airtight container, when cool
