Job Title: IT Professional - Custom HR, CRM, and ERP Software Solutions Developer

British Biologicals is a leading nutritional supplement business dedicated to providing highquality products that support health and wellness. We are seeking a talented IT Professional to join our team and lead the development and implementation of customsoftware solutions tailored to our HR, CRM, and ERP needs.

Position Overview:

The IT Professional will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing software solutions to enhance and streamline our HR, CRM, and ERP systems. This role requires a deep understanding of software development, project management, and system integration, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions for HR,CRM, and ERP systems.
• System Integration: Integrate new software solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Project Management: Lead software development projects from concept to completion,including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for implemented systems.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of new systems and features.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed software, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, sales, and operations teams to understand theirneeds and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Security: Ensure software solutions adhere to best practices in security and dataprotection.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on HR, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SǪL, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and best practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in the nutritional supplement or health and wellness industry.
• Certification in relevant IT or software development fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
